About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofing Assistant to join our team at Grind Contracting LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades, ensuring a safe and stable working environment.
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials: Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
  • Remove Rubble and Debris: Remove rubble and debris from construction sites, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Work Environment:

As a Roofing Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, with frequent exposure to heights and varying weather conditions.

Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
