Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Analyst to join our team at Randstad. As a Claims Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the resolution of claims, file management, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support through the resolution of claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Manage correspondence with insurance companies, maintaining effective communication and relationships.
  • Prepare claims files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and up-to-date.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of claims management strategies, improving efficiency and reducing costs.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service-focused claims management or the insurance field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • High-level time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
