- Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules effectively.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Ensure that food quality and service adhere to established standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Possess a strong understanding of the establishment's culinary specialties.
- Establish and manage work schedules for kitchen staff.
- Supervise and train meat cutters and other kitchen personnel.
- Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained at all times.
- Demonstrate food safety and handling skills.
- Oversee the activities of cooks and other kitchen staff.
