**About the Role**
Mackenzie Health is embarking on a multi-year modernization of its human resources, finance, and supply chain services to implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). The ERP project is a pillar of enabling the organization to achieve its strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the ERP system, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop functional specifications.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of the new system.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and transformation projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
