Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Operations Supervisor to join our team at Signal 88 Security of London Ontario. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security services, including supervising security personnel, coordinating activities, and maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Security Personnel: Oversee the daily activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure they are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Coordinate Activities: Work with other departments and teams to coordinate activities, ensure seamless communication, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on security equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Client Support: Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as needed to ensure their needs are met.
  • Reporting and Record Keeping: Prepare and submit progress reports, as well as maintain accurate records of security incidents and other relevant information.
  • Training and Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and problem-solving skills
