About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at AutoCanada. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Answer incoming calls and inquiries related to vehicle servicing, providing accurate and timely information.
- Create quotes and work orders for vehicle repairs, working closely with our technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and repairs.
- Consult with our technicians regarding required repairs and maintenance, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Provide customers with information and updates regarding the status of their vehicle repairs, keeping them informed throughout the process.
- Work with our parts department to determine parts availability and schedule future service appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Complete and close repair orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review repair orders and service performed with customers after the service has been completed, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year dealership experience in a Service Advisor role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience and desire to work with technology, including our dealership management system and other tools.
