Job Title: Home Health Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Alert Best Nursing and Home Care. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to adults in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication management and administration.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 45 hours of work per week.
