Job Title: Home Health Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Care Worker to join our team at Alert Best Nursing and Home Care. As a Home Health Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with medication management and administration.
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for clients.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team.
Requirements:
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Certifications: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate, Personal Support Worker Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work site environment: Non-smoking.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Overtime required.
  • Physically demanding.
