About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Lundbeck. As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a critical role in driving the local and regional medical strategy for our marketed and emerging products in the field of psychiatry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain peer-level relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders in the Canadian healthcare community.
  • Provide objective scientific information and engage in balanced discussions to advance awareness of disease states, therapeutic trends, and scientific research.
  • Identify and develop opportunities to educate healthcare professionals and stakeholders in strategic areas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support local company-sponsored research activities and provide scientific training to further develop scientific competencies of the Lundbeck sales force.
  • Support market access by developing and delivering credible scientific knowledge to payers to maximize the commercial potential of Lundbeck's product portfolio.
Requirements
  • MD, PharmD, Ph.D., or Master's degree in Sciences or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of MSL experience within the Canadian pharmaceutical industry.
  • Scientific expertise in the therapeutic field of psychiatry or neurosciences is a strong asset.
  • Superior communication skills, including speaker skills, are required.
  • Knowledge of regulations governing the pharmaceutical industry is required.
  • Fluent in oral and written English; French (written and/or spoken) is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
