Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to provide comprehensive health care services at ROSEWOOD MEDICAL CLINIC. This role involves working closely with patients to assess their health needs and deliver appropriate medical care.
Qualifications- Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
The successful candidate will work in a clinic setting, collaborating with a team of health professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' physical and mental health in consultation with other medical practitioners
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as necessary
- Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and manage diseases
- Engage in health care policy and planning initiatives
- Provide health care advice to patients
- Report births, deaths, and other significant health events to relevant authorities
- Act as an advocate for patients' health needs
- Coordinate and manage primary patient care effectively
- Deliver acute care management when required
- Offer counseling and support to patients and their families regarding various health and lifestyle issues
- Certification from the College of Family Physicians (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
