Corporate Tax Planning Instructor

About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Tax Planning Instructor to join our esteemed faculty. This role offers an opportunity to share your in-depth knowledge of corporate taxation and tax planning strategies with aspiring professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate discussions on various aspects of corporate taxation, including income tax calculations, retained earnings distribution implications, and the tax consequences of owner/manager decisions related to remuneration, incorporation, and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain course materials that align with industry best practices and current tax regulations.
- Assess student understanding through exams, assignments, and class participation.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their learning experience.
Qualifications:
- Possess an MBA or Master's degree (Ph.D. preferred) in taxation or a related field.
- Demonstrate recent and relevant professional experience in the field of corporate taxation.
- Exhibit proven teaching experience, ideally in the area of taxation.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, or CGA) and a Master's or Ph.D. degree.
