Tax Planning Manager

At KPMG in Canada, we're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our tax practice, you'll work closely with Partners to deliver exceptional tax planning services to our Canadian Corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements and develop tax planning strategies that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with Partners to deliver high-quality tax services and ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
- Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, applying your expertise to drive business results.
- Contribute to the development of tax policies and procedures that align with our firm's goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax planning, preferably in a public accounting firm.
- Professional accounting designation and completion of the CPA In-Depth tax course.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- A passion for staying current with tax laws and regulations, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
