Position Overview

Chariot Logistics Ltd is seeking a dedicated General Office Worker to join our team. This is a permanent position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week. The role is primarily conducted in English and does not require a formal degree or diploma.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and review various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Handle telephone and electronic inquiries efficiently.
  • Compile and manage reports from both manual and electronic sources.
  • Process applications, receipts, and other important documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail through manual and electronic means.
  • Facilitate communication by sending and receiving messages.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and financial tasks.
  • Prepare invoices and manage bank deposits.
  • Provide general information and assistance to clients and the public.
  • Photocopy and organize documents for distribution and filing.
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  • Conduct data entry with accuracy.
  • Ensure effective customer service.
  • Organize and schedule office tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain and update financial records.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following software is essential:

  • MS Word
  • MS PowerPoint
  • MS Excel
  • MS Outlook
  • Electronic mail systems
