We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef Gestionnaire to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service facilities, ensuring exceptional quality and service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that meet the needs and preferences of our guests
- Manage and train a team of culinary staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and operations
