As an Eyewear Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional eyewear solutions to our clients, enhancing their experience throughout the examination process. Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Team Lead and Optical Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process lab orders and maintain patient records.

Compensation
$40,664 - $56,930

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years in a retail environment.
  • Strong communication skills for patient training.
  • Able to multitask in a dynamic setting.
  • Knowledgeable in lenses, tints, coatings, and eyewear.
  • Proficient in Visual Eyes (preferred), Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Grade 12 math competency.
  • Experience in frame fitting and prescription verification.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 60 words per minute.
  • Minimum: Secondary School diploma; preferred: College Diploma.
