Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Ardent Security and Investigative Services Inc. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and secure work environment.
  • Provide training and guidance to security guards on security procedures, emergency response, and customer service.
  • Monitor and report on security incidents, making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Security Guard License.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
