Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Nationwide Security LTD. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security equipment and machinery, as well as providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations and ensure a swift response.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Client focus.
  • Flexibility.
  • Initiative.

Work Environment:
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
