Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Nationwide Security LTD. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security services and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and ensure a swift and effective response.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of computer equipment and machinery, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Reporting and Requisition: Prepare and submit progress reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, and provide technical advice and guidance as needed.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and provide ongoing support and coaching.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
