Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

Flo Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our industrial equipment and services to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment and provide quotes to clients
  • Prepare sales contracts and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services
  • Deliver sales presentations and conduct sales transactions
  • Provide input into product design and development to ensure our products meet client needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our products and services
  • Resolve product and service-related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Provide customer service and support
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 5 years or more of experience in sales and technical roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and efficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English
