As a key member of our Registration and Records department, you will be responsible for receiving and inputting student applications and registrations, as well as providing exceptional customer service to students, staff, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and input student applications and registrations
* Provide customer service to students, staff, and the general public
* Manage data entry, multi-step reporting processes, and cash transactions
* Maintain accurate records and files
* Collaborate with the Coordinator, Registration and Records, to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

* Administrative Office or Information Technology Certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
