About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Dimitri's Pizza Steak & Seafood. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders and delivering food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance: Set tables with clean linens, dishes, and utensils, and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments, supplies, and linens as needed to ensure a smooth service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless service, including communicating with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
