Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Nbox Port Alberni Foods Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by serving customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Take customers' orders and package take-out food efficiently.
  • Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas and set tables.
  • Portion and wrap foods to meet customer specifications.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and reliability.
  • Gratuities and a permanent work term are offered.
  • Work hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
