Job Title: Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at Divine Spine Beaumont Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Operations: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-organized and efficient.
  • Transportation and Travel: Public transportation is available for this role.
  • Work Conditions: This role involves repetitive tasks, sitting, and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficiency, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
