Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mach Food Corporation O/A Fresh Burrito. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that our inventory is always well-stocked.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience at our establishment.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics, as well as maintain accurate records of employee hours, attendance, and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
