The primary objective is to guarantee that customers have access to the products they desire by formulating and executing strategies, influencing collaborative initiatives, and coordinating efforts with both internal and external collaborators.

The ideal candidate should possess a proven history in market access, public affairs, account management, or sales leadership, with experience in both public and private sectors. Familiarity with stakeholder systems, reimbursement frameworks, and negotiation capabilities are crucial, along with prior experience in specialty product access. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus, as well as an MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline.
