As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meats to our customers. Responsibilities:

* Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
* Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
* Wrap and package prepared meats
* Remove bones from meat
* Weigh meats for sale
* Provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail meat environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
* Excellent customer service skills
