Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting Flaman's equipment.
- Develop relationships to drive sales growth.
- Proactively address challenges and pinpoint opportunities for improvement.
- Keep informed about product offerings and industry trends.
- Organize tasks effectively and adhere to deadlines.
- Follow company policies and standards.
- Exhibit ethical conduct and maintain a positive workplace atmosphere.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Post-secondary education in business or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the agricultural sector is preferred.
- Knowledge of Flaman's product line is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Possess a positive mindset and a strong work ethic.
- A clean driver's abstract and a criminal record check are required.
