Job Title: Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at emergiTEL Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support employee engagement and development.
  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and implement policies and procedures to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Provide training and support to staff on HR-related topics, and maintain accurate records of employee data and statistics.
  • Manage contracts, answer employee inquiries, and respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Compile data and statistics to inform business decisions, and maintain a digital database to track employee information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a business services setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
