About the Role:

As an Inventory Associate, you will play a key role in managing and tracking our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products available to meet our members' needs. You will work closely with the warehouse team to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and organization within our inventory system.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy;
  • Record and report discrepancies in inventory levels;
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas;
  • Collaborate with fulfillment associates to ensure proper stock levels for order fulfillment;
  • Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments;
  • Stay up to date on inventory system procedures and updates.

Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in inventory management or a related role;
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to work in a team environment;
  • Strong communication skills in English;
  • The ability to lift up to 35-50 pounds as needed.
