Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Rona Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing inventory counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management
    • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure accurate and efficient inventory levels
    • Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
    • Implement corrective actions to resolve inventory issues
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
    • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
    • Coordinate inventory movements and shipments
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain coordination
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access
    • Experience with inventory management software and systems
