Join Loblaw Companies Limited as a Pharmacist and play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients, and managing inventory in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

### Key Responsibilities

* Dispensing Medications: Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients.
* Inventory Management: Ensure medication and over-the-counter supplements inventory levels are adequate to meet patients' needs.
* Patient Counseling: Counsel patients in regards to new and additional medications in a friendly, positive, and proactive interaction.
* Public Relations: Create awareness and educate customers through public relations (public health days, clinics, etc.).
* Cost Control: Review and control costs at all levels within Loblaw Pharmacy (dispensary).
* Training and Development: Provide on-going training for all new and existing Pharmacy colleagues (technicians, interns, students, IPGs).

### Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Education: Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license.
* Customer Relations: Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
* Leadership: Excellent leadership and performance management skills required.
* Marketing: Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies.
* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, including the experience formulating and executing action plans.
* Computer Skills: Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy Computer system a definite asset.
