As the Director of Resident Care (DOC), you will lead, plan, organize, guide, and oversee the activities of the Clinical Team. Your primary focus will be on meeting the unique needs of our residents and enhancing their quality of life. You will play a vital role as an integral member of the inter-professional management team, ensuring that nursing and personal care align with our resident-centered approach.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and direction to the Clinical Team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality resident care and adhere to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of services for our residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care delivery, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Maintain open communication with residents, families, and staff, addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a proven track record in healthcare leadership. You will possess:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
- Significant experience in long-term care or a similar setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing compassionate and person-centered care.
