Human Resources Coordinator

Join our team at Réfrigération Thetford inc as a Human Resources Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our employees and management team in various HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Provide support for employee relations, including conflict resolution and employee communications.
- College diploma or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in a HR-related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
