Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Lead a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their job responsibilities.
- Operations: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and that our restaurant is a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be required to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and have a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
