Assistant Manager

At Canada inc, we are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the management team in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage and supervise staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and growth.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
