Job Title: Director of Technology Risk Management

At Nasdaq, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Technology Risk Management to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology-related risks that could impact our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technology risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of technology-related risks.
  • Lead the development and implementation of risk management programs, including risk assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and risk reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, risk management, compliance, and audit, to ensure effective risk management practices.
  • Provide risk management guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders to ensure they understand and manage technology-related risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure our risk management practices are aligned with best practices.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in technology risk management, compliance, or audit, with a focus on financial technology.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting integrated risk management frameworks in complex organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk management concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with risk management tools and technologies, including risk assessment and mitigation software.
