Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and Maintain a Structured Setting: Create a safe and nurturing environment that fosters the development of personal and social functioning for each client.
  • Participate in Supervisory Meetings and Team Collaboration: Actively engage in supervisory meetings, team meetings, and retreats to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
  • Provide Therapeutic Support and Case Management: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic support, and coordinate services with other professionals to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Ensure Program Compliance and Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and transportation of clients, as well as other tasks associated with program functioning.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in a Relevant Field: A diploma or undergraduate degree in social sciences, child and youth care, social work, nursing, or a related field is required.
  • Experience Working with Children and Youth: A minimum of two to four years of experience working with children and youth in a therapeutic setting is preferred.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Current CPR and First Aid Certification, as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, are required.
