Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and evaluate cost assessments for services and capital initiatives.
  • Examine construction processes and set productivity benchmarks for estimates.
  • Engage with various departments to gather essential data and formulate pricing frameworks.
  • Oversee modifications and adjustments to estimates while justifying costs.
  • Assist in project financial planning and deliver external cost evaluations.
  • Participate in Value Engineering assessments.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Project Controls or Construction Planning.
  • Preferably possess an engineering or technical diploma or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in the construction field is advantageous.
  • Commitment to ongoing self-improvement in Project Controls disciplines.
  • Proven capability to manage escalating responsibilities.

Essential Skills:

  • Comprehensive understanding of estimating core processes and EPC methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in quantity takeoffs, statistical assessments, and cost analysis.
  • Familiarity with market pricing, construction regulations, and standards.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite, Primavera, and BlueBeam.
