Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and adhering to quality control standards.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.
  • Operations and Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules, including preparing and submitting reports, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and ensure that financial resources are allocated effectively.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently met.
    • Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
    • Establish work schedules, including preparing and submitting reports, and maintaining records of staff hours and attendance.

    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
