About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Associate to join our dynamic litigation team in Moncton, New Brunswick. Our team provides diverse litigation services to a wide range of clients with complex and interesting matters. Lawyers appear at various levels of court, including the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. As a litigation lawyer, you will provide litigation and dispute resolution services, conduct legal research, and maintain expertise in areas of law including statutes, case law, and legal proceedings.

About You

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a focus on client satisfaction. With a minimum of 4 to 7 years of litigation experience in areas such as general/civil litigation, commercial litigation, estate litigation, insurance defense, and construction/engineering litigation, you will be responsible for managing your own files while working with other litigation team members. You will have strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills, and a drive to succeed.
