Moxies - Culinary Shift Leader

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce all menu items efficiently and consistently, ensuring high-quality dishes are delivered to our guests.
  • Lead shifts and support senior leadership team members, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Contribute to positive team morale and manage budgetary goals, ensuring the success of our restaurant.
  • Ensure the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs, maintaining our commitment to culinary excellence.
Key Requirements
  • Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar, with a proven track record of success.
  • Desire to develop and motivate team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Committed to continuous improvement, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Energetic, positive, and inclusive, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Previous culinary leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
