Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Unit Supervisor to join our team at Duke & Lion Family Co. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be working in a kitchen and food service setting, with exposure to hot and noisy conditions.
