Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement operational procedures to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization in our facilities.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Plan and coordinate activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Manage financial records, prepare budgets, and oversee payroll and inventory management.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services to ensure facilities are well-maintained and safe for guests.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and organized approach to work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
