Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless hotel operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure efficient hotel management.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity.
  • Ensure excellent customer service delivery through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hotel industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Work Environment:

Our hotel operates 40 hours per week, and we offer a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
