Executive Director of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Housing operations in our Mill Creek Village Community in Kelowna.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the accreditation process and strategic planning to ensure compliance with professional standards and organizational requirements.
- Provide leadership in resident care, team member management, and budgeting, while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain clinical oversight and high-quality standards of care and operational efficiency while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Develop and implement effective time management and organizational skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate departmental operations efficiently.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a degree in a related health field.
- Five years Health Care Management experience, or the equivalent of education and experience.
- Proven working knowledge of the Home and Community Care and Assisted Living Act, Residential Care Regulations, and Pharmacy Act.
- Qualifies as the licensed operator of the campus under the Residential Care Regulation, Hospital Act, and the Home and Community Care and Assisted Living Act.
