The Service Coordinator serves as the primary contact for all service-related matters, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service consistently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service Scheduling: Manage service requests from clients and organize technician appointments based on urgency and availability.
  2. Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries, updates, and resolutions, ensuring effective communication to enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Dispatch Support: Assist in dispatching technicians to service locations, providing essential information and resources for efficient job execution.

Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, or a related field is preferred
  2. High school diploma or equivalent
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and scheduling software (NetSuite)
  6. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
  7. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
