Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Coordination: Utilize dispatching equipment to process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with vehicle operators, crews, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to vehicle operations, customer complaints, and other challenges that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Environment: Urban area with a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
