As a Taxi Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, ensuring efficient and safe transportation services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems
  • Process and transmit information to coordinate activities
  • Record mileage, fuel use, and other expenses
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators and crews
