We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking leader in AI and Emerging Technology Transformation to become a vital part of our team at Canadian Tire Corporation. This position plays a pivotal role in spearheading the enterprise-wide integration of innovative technologies and methodologies, with a strong emphasis on managing organizational change and cultivating a culture of creativity and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and implement marketing strategies to enhance the uptake of AI solutions and services across the organization. Develop comprehensive educational resources, user manuals, and training materials to facilitate the effective use of AI and emerging technologies for productivity enhancement, process improvement, and product innovation. Organize and conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions to showcase the advantages and functionalities of AI and emerging technologies to diverse stakeholder groups. Collect and analyze user feedback to relay to AI product teams for ongoing enhancement of AI tools and training initiatives. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and team members, to garner support for AI and transformation efforts. Design and execute thorough change management plans to facilitate the adoption of new technologies and practices. Identify and address potential challenges to change initiatives through proactive strategies. Conduct assessments to evaluate the impact of new technologies and processes on the organization. Communicate the vision, advantages, and progress of transformation initiatives across all organizational levels. Work closely with various business units to ensure coherence and integration of change efforts. Promote collaboration and consensus among diverse stakeholder groups to ensure the successful implementation of new technologies. Lead initiatives that nurture a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and adaptability within the organization. Develop and implement programs to boost AI literacy and awareness of emerging technologies among employees. Create and deliver training programs that equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in an AI-driven landscape. Partner with HR and Learning & Development teams to incorporate AI and innovation training into existing employee development frameworks. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives. Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement. Document and share lessons learned from transformation projects to guide future initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to foster continuous improvement.Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Change Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 5-7 years of experience in enterprise transformation and change management, particularly in technology and innovation sectors. Proven success in leading large-scale change initiatives across organizations. In-depth knowledge of AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies. Expertise in organizational development and cultural transformation methodologies. Strong skills in change planning, execution, and evaluation, with proficiency in change management tools and techniques. Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities, with a talent for motivating and guiding cross-functional teams. Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining effective working relationships. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities. Capacity to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Enthusiasm for innovation and emerging technologies. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. High ethical standards and integrity in managing transformation initiatives and stakeholder relationships.Work Environment
