Serves as a key intermediary among operations, engineering, materials, sales, and clients for product transactions, catering to various customer types (transactional, contractual, PBTH, field service, etc.).
Comprehends and executes strategies to enhance the client experience while aligning with the financial objectives of the business unit.Updates and finalizes Performance Metrics (PM).
Analyzes and interprets legal documents for the formulation and dissemination of production documentation.
Oversees accounts utilizing sound business acumen and pertinent information analysis.
Applies fundamental project management principles to ascertain resources, delineate scope, and establish timelines.
Validates inventory expenses and manages client expectations concerning estimates.
Addresses client issues and substantiates resolution proposals.
Coordinates OEM warranty processes and resolves warranty claims.
Reviews and manages all contract/transaction activities.
Maintains records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Administers documents in accordance with company, client, and regulatory standards.
Projects a professional image while representing the organization to clients.
Effectively manages personal workload and time.
Coordinates field service operations and rental needs.
Plans to fulfill forecast demands while optimizing client inventory.
Responsible for observing and reporting issues in alignment with company policies.
Undertakes additional projects as assigned.
Minimum Educational/Academic Qualifications:
~ Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field with two years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Proficient communication with clients, tailoring language to the audience.
Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of company policies and export compliance.
Expertise in production management and sales/marketing systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and current operating systems.
